Super Sikkim Private Limited (Super Sikkim) values your privacy. Super Sikkim is the owner and operator of www.supersikkim.com (the "Website"), its corresponding mobile application ("Super Sikkim App"), collectively, including all content provided by Super Sikkim through the Super Sikkim App and the website "Super Sikkim Services."" In this Privacy Policy ("Policy"), we describe the information that we collect about you when you visit our Website and Super Sikkim App and use the Super Sikkim Services, and how we use and disclose that information.

You have the right not to supply personal information. If you intend to view this Super Sikkim Services and/or share your data with the Super Sikkim, it is solely at your own violation, risk and after reading and confirming it to this Policy. Please read the following clauses to understand about our information gathering and dissemination practices. It is understood that by using our Website / Super Sikkim App, you consent to the data gathering practices used anywhere in the Website / Super Sikkim App.

This information is partially or completely accessible to all visitors using our Website and Super Sikkim App, either directly or by submitting a request for a service. Service Professionals and customers are required to create an account to be able to access certain portions of our Website / Super Sikkim App, such as to submit questions, participate in polls or surveys, to request a quote, to submit a bid in response to a quote, and request information.

Service Professionals, if and when they create and use an account with Super Sikkim, will be required to disclose and provide to Super Sikkim information including personal contact details, bank details, personal identification details (such as PAN card, Aadhaar card, phonebook, call logs etc.) and participate in polls or surveys or feedbacks etc. Our primary goal in doing so is to provide customers with a safe, efficient, smooth and customized experience.

Consumers: During account registration process and during your usage of Super Sikkim's website or mobile application, we collect information such as name, postal code, telephone, email address and other personal information. You may also provide us with your mailing address and demographic information (e.g. gender, age, political preference, education, race or ethnic origin, and other information relevant to user surveys and/or offers). We may also collect personal information that you post in your offer, profile, wants, or feedback, and any comments or discussions you post in any blog, chat room, or other correspondence site on the website or mobile application, or any comments you provide during dispute resolution with other users of the website or mobile application.

Service Professionals: If you are a Service Professional and would like to post any information about yourself, we will require you to register for an account. At the time of account registration process, we will collect your business name, telephone number, address, zip code, travel preferences, a description of your services, a headline for your profile, first and last name, and email address. Other information may also be required to be provided to Super Sikkim whilst you avail and use Super Sikkim's website and mobile application. In addition, you may, but are not required to, provide other content or information about your business, including photographs and videos. We may also collect payment information, such as billing address, credit/debit card information, etc. from you.

Background Verification: The Service Professional acknowledges that as part of the on-boarding process, the Company or an entity/agency appointed or nominated by the Company (“Verifier”), may undertake background verification checks of the Service Professional in order to authenticate inter alia the genuineness and competency of the Service Professional. In light of the above, the Service Professional expressly consents to and acknowledges the following:

  • • The Service Professional does not and will not have any objection to Super Sikkim sharing the Service Professional’s personal information and documents, including but not limited to name, gender, date of birth, addresses, mobile number, email address, education record, employment record, Aadhaar number, other government issued IDs such as Voter ID, PAN card, driving license etc. (collectively “Proprietary Information”) with the Verifier for the purpose of background checks and verification.
  • • The Service Professional authorizes the Verifier to securely store the Service Professional’s Proprietary Information on their platform and understands that the Verifier shall endeavor to ensure confidentiality of the same.
  • • The Service Professional acknowledges that the digital record of the Proprietary Information on the Verifier’s platform shall be accessible to Super Sikkim and Super Sikkim and their authorized users/partners/affiliates/contractors shall be entitled to access and update such digital record on the Verifier’s platform, including data, documents, certificates, verification reports, references, testimonials, etc. and shall be entitled to use the related services provided via the Verifier’s platform.
  • • The Service Professional acknowledges that if the Service Professional is desirous of editing and/or deleting its digital record from the Verifier’s platform, it shall be entitled to do so by sending an email to such email address of the Verifier which shall be immediately provided by the Company to the Service Professional, and in such a manner as the Verifier requires the same.
  • • Super Sikkim reserves its right to take appropriate actions (in its sole discretion) pursuant to the outcome of the background check and verification.

Super Sikkim reserves the right to record the conversations between Service Professionals and consumers facilitated / employed by Super Sikkim through the messaging/chat mechanism on the platform or the calls made through the virtual numbers provided to safeguard the privacy of consumers and Service Professionals. All the chat/messaging logs or call recordings can be used to but not limited to monitor and prohibit abuse, safeguard the rights of consumers and Service Professionals, resolve disputes.

If we deem it necessary, in our sole and absolute discretion, we may also ask for and collect supplemental information from third parties, such as information about your credit from a credit bureau (to the extent permitted by law), or information to verify any identification details you provide during registration.

In general, you can browse the Website / Super Sikkim App without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. Where possible, we indicate which fields are required and which fields are optional. You always have the option to not provide information by choosing not to use a particular service or feature on the Website / Super Sikkim App. We may automatically track certain information about you based upon your behavior on our Website / Super Sikkim App. We use this information to do internal research on our users’ demographics, interests, and behavior to better understand, protect and serve our users. This information is compiled and analyzed on an aggregated basis. When you use Super Sikkim App, Super Sikkim may use your mobile device's id (the unique identification assigned to a mobile device by the manufacturer). Super Sikkim does this to store your preferences and track your use of Super Sikkim App. You understand and agree that Super Sikkim has every right to share such id with third parties for its promotions, analysis, etc.

2. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM SOCIAL NETWORKING SITES

You may log into our Website / Super Sikkim App through your social networking sites such as Facebook account, google account etc. If you do so, you must enter the email address and password that you use for social networking sites. We will ask that you grant us permission to access and collect your social networking sites such as Facebook, google basic information (this includes your name, profile picture, gender, networks, user IDs, list of friends, date of birth, email address, and any other information you have set to public on your Facebook account). If you allow us to have access to this information, then we will have access to this information even if you have chosen not to make that information public.

We store the information that we receive from social networking sites such as Facebook, google etc. with other information that we collect from you or receive about you.

Your social networking sites such as Facebook, google etc. controls the information it collects from you. For information about how your social networking sites such as Facebook, google etc. may use and disclose your information, including any information you make public, please consult their privacy policy. We have no control over how any third-party site uses or discloses the personal information it collects about you.

3. USE OF DEMOGRAPHIC / PROFILE DATA / YOUR INFORMATION

We use personal information to provide the Services you request. To the extent we use your personal information to market to you, we will provide you the ability to opt-out of such uses.

We use your personal information to resolve disputes; troubleshoot problems; help promote a safe service; collect money; measure consumer interest in our products and services; inform you about online and offline offers, products, services, and updates; customize your experience; detect and protect us against error, fraud and other criminal activity; enforce our terms and conditions; and as otherwise described to you at the time of collection.

Therefore, we are not responsible for the protection and privacy of any information, which you provide while visiting such sites and this Policy does not extend/govern such sites. Review, correct and delete your personal information by logging into the Website/Super Sikkim App. You must promptly update your personal information if it changes or is inaccurate. On your written request, we will close your account and remove your personal information. We do retain information from closed accounts in order to comply with the law, prevent fraud, collect any pending fees, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations of any registered user, enforce our terms of use, and take any other actions otherwise permitted by law that we deem necessary in our sole and absolute discretion. You should understand, however, that once you publicly post a request, offer, want, feedback, or any other information onto the Website/Super Sikkim App, you may not be able to change or remove it. Once we have deleted or removed your account, you agree that Super Sikkim shall not be responsible for any personal information that was not included within your deleted and/or removed account that remains on the Website/Super Sikkim App.

9. ADVERTISEMENTS ON WEBSITE & SUPER SIKKIM APP

We use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our website. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, email address, or telephone number) about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.

On the Website and Super Sikkim App, we might post advertisements provided by advertisers. These advertisers might set mobile device id on their apps. Super Sikkim is not responsible for any of these advertisers. You on your entire risk and violation are advised to deal with the advertisers if you intend to. By allowing such advertisements Super Sikkim does not recommend or market or warranty the advertisers, quality, commitment, deliverables, and genuineness and advertisers' commitment to protect your personal information.

10. WARRANT AND REPRESENTATION

You hereby representand warrant to Super Sikkim that personal information:

  • • Will not be false, inaccurate, incomplete or misleading;
  • • Will not be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items;
  • • Will not infringe any third-party’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy;
  • • Will not violate any law, statute, ordinance, or regulation (including without limitation those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising);
  • • Will not be defamatory, libelous, unlawfully threatening, or unlawfully harassing;
  • • Will not be obscene or contain child pornography or be harmful to minors;
  • • Will not contain any viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancel bots or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information; and
  • • Will not create liability for Super Sikkim or cause Super Sikkim to lose (in whole or in part) the services of its ISPs or other partners or suppliers.

11. YOUR CONSENT AND CHANGES OF PRIVACY POLICY
